One-on-one care in downtown Denver

One therapist. Enough time. A better path forward.

LoDo Physical Therapy is private-pay care built around comprehensive assessment, hands-on treatment, and movement-based progress — with the same experienced clinician at every visit.

● 80-minute comprehensive evaluations · 40-minute one-on-one treatments

Why LoDo PT

Private-pay care that makes room for clinical thinking.

LoDo Physical Therapy is private pay and does not bill insurance. The care model is simple: a comprehensive first evaluation, the same clinician throughout, and focused treatment time without another patient sharing your appointment.

When relevant, Phil uses a functional-medicine-informed perspective to broaden the clinical picture by considering recovery, lifestyle, daily demands, and other factors that may influence your health and rehabilitation.

LoDo Physical Therapy is especially well suited for active adults, athletes, complex or persistent musculoskeletal problems, and patients looking for a more comprehensive approach than a high-volume physical therapy setting.

80 minutes to start

Your first visit allows time for a comprehensive assessment, clinical reasoning, and a plan built around what is truly limiting you.

One clinician, one appointment

You work directly with the same physical therapist throughout care — with no overlapping patient appointments.

40-minute treatments

Hands-on care, individualized exercise, and movement assessment are connected to your work, sport, and real-life goals.
